B Royaleeza Refund & Return Policy

At B Royaleeza, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the quality of our luxury fragrances. However, due to the nature of perfume products, we have specific conditions for returns and refunds to maintain safety and hygiene standards.


Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in original condition.

  • The product is returned in its original packaging, including any seals, boxes, and inserts.

  • No more than 05ml of the perfume has been used (we assess this based on the fill level of the returned bottle).

  • Return requests must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns under the following conditions:

  • If the perfume bottle is broken, damaged, or leaking due to misuse or mishandling.

  • If more than 5ml of the perfume has been used.

  • If the original packaging is missing or damaged.

  • For sample items or gift items unless they arrive damaged..


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your product arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To help us process your claim, include:

  • A clear video of the item(s) received.

  • A video of the outer packaging.

  • Your order number.

Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on stock availability and your preference.


Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and relevant videos.

  3. Once approved, you’ll receive return shipping instructions.

  4. Send the product back using a trackable shipping method.

  5. After inspection, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).


Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
